Mweb Business uncapped router as bridge

Good Day all.
I really hope someone here could shed some light on a subject that i am not too familiar with....
I am changing from an MWEB 4MB uncapped unshaped with Dynamic IP to MWEB uncapped unshaped 4MB business with Fixed IP (5 public ips's). Question is simply put, port forwarding? I told MWEB, when i ordered the product that i would like to still be in control with regards to my port forwarding on my Netgear DG834g router ,so the guy said that is not a problem, he will ask the guys that will be configuring my router to disable NAT on their Billion router and that i can bridge my Netgear with their Billion preconfigured router. I need to make my netgear router's gateway ip the ip of the billion router? Ok if i do that and i need to port forward any traffic coming in on any of the 5 public ip's to a certain machine, do i still do it the same way on my Netgear router as i have always been doing or how will that work?
also if i need to allow a certain port to be opened to the outside world how would i do that?

Likely they would have to route a specific IP's traffic to your router,you'd set your router gateway to the internal IP of the Mweb Business router,at which point your router would become a basic DMZ with the public IP bridged to it

If you have a choice between the Billion and the Cisco take the Cisco,unless you need 3g failover?
