Mweb Cancellation

I’ve waited a month for mweb to come install my product, after contacting them and logging tickets I had waited another 3 weeks until someone arrived to install. I signed up for another ISP and would like this cancelled immediately before being billed. I’ve waited a long time, their service and waiting time is ridiculous.

I’ve sent an email. Im still waiting on a cancellation form. If anyone can assist?

If you can log in you can try do an online cancellation.

Then maybe try to cancel the debit order with your bank.
