I cant access the mweb site. I need to go onto webmail

yes, also looks like the hosted servers in Cape Town are down. Looking at the logs for our 2 servers in the CPT DC, they have been losing connectivity every few minutes.

We are currently experiencing problems with the MWEB home page, Message Centre and some may experience problems downloading emails at the moment.

Our engineers are investigating.
