Mweb Customer Service Issue

I am an mweb 4Mb Uncapped subscriber, I tried to upgrade to the 10Mb package. In the process of fixing a billing issue, my ADSL line was disconnected and mweb have just not come to the party to solve the problem and there is no customer service number where I can complain, the technical support staff have been helpful and polite but have not yet solved the problem and don't call me back as promised. And now the problem is with the Sales department and they put the phone down on me when I requested to speak to a manager.

I'm tired of waiting for this problem to be solved, I pay mweb a lot of money and everyone I speak to escalate the problem... but nothing has come of it.

@mweb guy Who can I contact to solve this problem and have my line reconnected and have people call me back? My hands are cut off. Please help.

I know the feeling. They did same to me more than 10 times now since Monday. Last one even told me that the sales manager is too busy to speak on the phone and that he is going to end the call. next thing... he hang up.

I'm trying to mail them my rica forms but the mail box is full. No response from any other email addresses listed on the site.

All my hope now on MWEB Guy.

btw, Took me over 3 days to get hold of sales to sign up for new 4mb uncapped account.
