Lol yeh, it WAS ALWAYS FINE. Nothing to do with during the day shaping or something stupid like that.
Im on Win7 freaker, its not your windows. Trust me its not. Dont even bother reinstalling or installing something else to rule it out. This is an ISP issue.
Edit: Bad during the day now too. Patch didnt do anything and i guess i was just hoping for the best, but why would the patch do anything anyway?Seeing as with all the other ISP's in SA its fine.
Getting 350-400ms ping on all of my level 80's. Been in Dalaran, UC, Badlands, TB, Orgri, and the Barrens today.
@bullzeye are you using any tunneling service?
I've seen it myself now. Standing idle in the street in Stormwind on Lightbringer with a level 1. latency was around 500ms when I logged in. Tabbed out to check something and when I came back it was 5000+.
I have captured traffic both when the latency was normal and when it went through the roof. Let's see what the network boys make of it.
I've been reading this thread, and most of you are talking about the same game.
One question please, and I'm totally IT illiterate:wtf:
I do online gaming on the Wii( it mos uses WiFi), I mostly play Call of Duty World at War, and Call of Duty Modern warfare, and also for the past week or 3 Ive been getting connection interruptions, and disconnection from the server, with the od lagging.
All of this after 20H00.
Last night was totally unplayable(21H00-23H30). That's when I stripped and hopped on the internet to search, and this is were I ended up
Is this the same problem you are talking about, or should I start a new thread?
Thanx

Hi Skurf
We are trying to isolate a problem that's affecting World of Warcraft players specifically. I really know very little about how multiplayer works over the Wii so you are going to need to help me out with some information in terms of where the servers are hosted and so forth. Also you should make sure that you haven't had any problems introduced into your own environment if you are using the Wii over a WiFi connection.
Kind Regards
Will
I'm going to play around with a few more scenarios here and try some other realms as well. We know from the WTFast and Battleping feedback that this seems to bypass the issue so we are going to try and set up some partial tunnels to bypass portions of our network to see if we can isolate where the latency is being introduced. Theres a fair amount of logistics involved in doing this so please bear with us, it might take a few days to come up with any results from this.
