I can confirm WoW is definitely not happy tonight. I've just been in touch with our senior networks man and he has all hands on deck right now and a consultant from our equipment vendors looking at the matter. DurbanMonkey I completely understand your frustration - I was hoping to run some dungeons tonight myself. Please hang in there and if you need to rant you can do it directly to me - my team look after the HelloPeter responses as well so you'll ultimately end up back in the same place![]()
Mweb Guy just replied to me. The Game master is working from 8 to 5. So no gaming tonight this is unacceptable. Can I just play 1 game without issues thats all I ask.

Thanks for the feedback. Being told that it is actively being investigated (instead of just sending information) makes a world of a difference. most of us here are just pissed off at the situation.
also, a little advice, never ever tell a customer that someone only works 8-5 when problems are having after hours. that's an internal issue that the customer doesn't care about![]()
Yep definitely feeling the pain too, my Rogue is at lvl 79 and I'm looking forward to seeing Cata content for the first time. You're completely right about the 8-5 response and you can consider MWEB Guy's ear pulled on the matter.
