"they are aware of the problem and said it will be fixed in an hour......."

Seems like a balls response, its started happening for me on tuesday and then last night it became f'd at about 19:00.
Seems like an ongoing problem ...... every evening after 7:00.....

My black ops not working .says connecting and This is getting on my nerves now. Been having problems all week. We wanted to play clannie and had to cancel. With the NGL league coming up this will be a problem. Please fix it asap. No excuses

Apparently their gaming network support has reset their servers. Still not working. Got told by the manager a mweb rep is monitoring these threads, so once again I'd like some type of response regarding these issues as soon as possible.

We have picked up that some members are experiencing problems with WOW at the moment. We have escalated this and will provide feedback as soon as we have more information.

We have escalated this for further investigation to determine the cause and to get it resolved as soon as possible. As soon as I have more information I will provide feedback.

Continued problems after 7pm accessing WoW.

As you all know, certain parts of the continents of wow including the bg's, arena and instanced dungeons are controlled by separate servers. What I have found having numerous characters across realms and different continents, some are fine some aren't. It seems MWEB is shaping particular ports which are different sections of the game...of course rendering any ability to play on them impossible. Having nothing connected except WoW still has the same issues. I can only deduce that this problem which appears to have arrived this week must be another attempt by MWEB to squeeze water from a stone...

Enjoy it chaps, thats what happens when an ISP tries to put a million cars on a single lane road...something has to give.
