MWEB Gaming Feedback

Well the link to their homepage is as follows:

It is a new MMO from Bioware(maker's of Mass effect/Dragon Age/Bulder's Gate) and probably one of the biggest mmos to be released to date(around the same hype as Rift/LotR) if not slightly more. Release date is the 20th December 2011.

My Steam Downloads are not using your local servers, despite me setting downloads to "South Africa - Johannesburg (MWEB)" - any ideas?

Evening all, may i ask if some of you are getting de'cd on wow this evening as its been happening to me all day and still till now, going to see if its ok in the morning. I hope so :(
 
Also had bad lag last night. yours was due to sat3 i believe. but me being on seacom i still dont know.... was getting 700-800 MS during combat which made my raid VERY difficult and literally left me wasting gcd's due to lag and dying to avoidable damagw.. any news when this will be fixed ?, or atleast to what the problem im having is.
 
Well i got kicked when i was doing pvp so i had to just leave it and try this evening, but ill be raiding tomorrow evening and see how that goes.
 
My net is realy bad at the moment, cant play wow, laggin like mad!!!! someone know if something is down?
 
My bf3 experience on PS3 has been poor since the game came out while SAT-3 and Seacom have had problems. I'm lucky I have another ISP for gaming though but I would still prefer if everything was running smoother.

Same on EUW. 300ms ping, as opposed to the usual 150ms or so and every few seconds, the game lags for 2-10 seconds and then everything on screen 'catches up'. Unplayable at the moment.
 
World of Tanks (US) has been pretty much unplayable since wednesday/thursday. Ping time rubbing the upper 500ms mark...
 
WoW also somewhat unplayable.

600ms + doing heroic dungeons, with spikes of up to 2500ms. Not even bothering with LoL.
Fix please MWEB, it would be great to game again! Wasn't capacity restored?
 
Having the same issues as many of the users above me.

World Of Warcraft is suffering from massive chokes as soon as combat starts (Raiding and PvP)
I was replaced tonight after suffering from constant disconnects due to the choke.

1) Asked Telkom to reset my port
2) Rebooted router
3) Even used a brand spanking new router (even a dif brand)

Once again, an Mweb issue! I've paid another R112 for an Axxess account to resolve the issue

I would like to send an email to Mweb, demanding a refund for the lack of service quality.
If someone from Mweb could kindly give me contact details to the right person to email.

Just saw that OpenWEB is the same price R539 for 4mb Uncapped. Anyone know if their quality of service is any better?
ie) Any issues with World Of Warcraft? HoN? Steam (Sometimes i cant even connect to steam network on an mweb account)
