I just made a thread about telkom. Though not all of it is down, a forum I frequent is still accessible through international.

Seems mine is intermitent...every 40s or so it drops...i noticed it just after 12am. This has got to stop happening. I remember telkom did this to me too when i was with them

Also had issues last night with my international.. seems to be a normal Monday night thing..

Funny reseting my router seems to help.. Always around 10pm on a Monday my international is really slow... I reset my router and it magically corrects itself Immediately...

Hi azex,

Please advise if you are still experiencing international connectivity issues? Could you also inbox me your MWEB account details and I'll investigate further.

Mweb Down

Been having the same problem since the 3th of october. - Durban - All test come out clear, as you said, its not permitted. Problem is that I have 34 International Website that we work with and unable to do anything this entire week. You constantly have to refresh the page. Mweb claims its my website host provider, but why cannot I access these site a) at all or b) constantly refreshing to load page. cnn.com, hellopeter.com, workrpess.com, pnp.net and list this grows.

Hi ezras,

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing slow international browsing issues. We are monitoring this and as soon as I have feedback, I will inform you thereof.

You can also keep as eye on this thread for further feedback as well.

MWEB Guy

Would have been nice if this important information was available on Mweb's "Network Status Notices"
which just tells me that function on mweb's site is a joke......

I wasted 2 phones call on this...

Agreed. It is disappointing that the network status page is often not updated with these issues. It is to Mweb's advantage to handle fewer unnecessary support calls.

So...Seacom is down....pretty typical of this service at this point...Honestly since i've signed up with Mweb, as to avoid all the grief i had with Telkom, its been as bad if not worse. 10 days downtime...minimum. 10 days of slow intermitant international connections and laggy gaming.... are we gonna get those Pro-rata refunds MwebGuy? or we gonna get a lame excuse again?

Wait...you know what nevermind...I think i can figure it out myself -.-
