Mweb international sucks

No wonder I will ditch Mweb after at least 10 years of being thier customer. 4 MB/s connection.No ISP support personnel at Mweb can give me a reason why there is such a discrepancy in speeds.

You can supply feedback.Ultimately this thread will be dead prior to any feedback supplied.I telephoned your support personnel on no less than 4 occasions attempting to get an answer.One support technician even blamed SAIX even although local speeds on Mweb are slightly better than Fnb Connect.I will be sorry to leave Mweb but after 10 years of supporting Mweb and now being answered by Technicians who have no idea of what is going on with ISP's I believe that Mweb has grown to large and cannot supply their old customers which are by the way your bread and butter with a reasonable service.Even Game sell their computer products with a cheaper offer as long as you take a Mweb internet connection.
 
I am confused.I change my password on Mweb. I logged onto Mweb via the router forgetting to insert dsl prior to mweb on router and suddenly my international speeds increase to almost 3m/BS download.Yes I cleared my history and downloaded files prior to running test on speedtest.net
