I agree. I will advise all I know that they shouldn't get this. They should rather go for Afrihost's deals.This OOB rate is Mweb purely trying to trick customers into getting overcharged. How come Afrihost can cap their customers, but Mweb, one of the biggest ISP's in the country can't figure out that their clients don't like being fooled into paying R150 per gig if they go past their cap. Despicable.

As was mentioned by Afrihost rep, they rely on word of mouth, which is much stronger then any other form of marketing, so their advertising budget goes into offering additional services to customers, for example free Mifi devices on launch of mobile packages and promotional data.
So maybe check with your friends why they upheld from you Afrihost mobile offerings on the launch.
People don't really talk about their ISP, but everyone I know that has spoken about them uses MWeb or WebAfrica
