Morning SHVAK
We apply the same algorithm to all accounts, the only difference is the thresholds depending on the account you are on.
Every users usage is different and will therefore have a different experience with throttling.
Throttling is calculated on a 30 day rolling window. Which means, today is the 17th. We will therefore consider 14days of your previous months usage. The 17th's (today's) usage will be updated tonight and included within 30day rolling window.
This will change the next day, as it would be the 18th.
You are just looking at the overall amount and not the day to day and which days are being considered within the 30day rolling window.
Please explain one account throttled at 101gb and another at close to 140gb if the same algorithm to all accounts are used. And trust me there is no lower account than a 1mbps? If your arguement held any water then I should have been throttled over 35gb ago? You see why nothing you said actually makes sense?
