Mweb through Openserve False Upload Speed Claims?

Hi,
About 2 months back I opted for a 100/100 fibre package with Mweb through Openserve. Since day 1 it has been 100/50. No luck trying to resolve it through them.
I have since asked 2 people with the identical package to test their speeds. Both are also 100/50. Is this just a con/false advertising?
Would love to hear any thoughts.

Sounds like a provisioning error. It happens. Goodluck getting mweb to do anything

Was it 100/50 before? Sounds like the line itself just hasn’t been upgraded.
