4MB ADSL synced @ a 2.8MB line, so I decided to take your "R600 2MB package(includes ADSL rental)" instead. I so regret migrating to your guys, they said everything is sorted out and even sent me an sms saying the migration has been sorted, but never was
You guys are just like.. "Oh I see.." the whole freaking time!
I had to call Telkom myself asking them to upgrade me to a 1MB package.. Great service huh???
Edit: I even requested that I wanted to cancel my migrated line and just move it back to Telkom. And no one ever even came back to me about that either.
Could you pull your strings to see if anything will be done about my migration, other wise im going to just cancel the whole process.
