Not submitting your cancellation form is a much bigger hindrance than their interpretation of a calendar month. It's nearly the end of March anyway.
Where do i find this form?

Bypass shaping, they will cancel it for you
Are you for real? That was one issue. The Afrihost business customers have nothing but good things to say about the account, and they've experienced no issues this weekend. If you're going to pass up unshaped office hours, priority after hours performance, priority customer service, the best line management facility, smartphone app, best website etc. for the same price as Mweb Premium, you're just going to lose out. But it's your money to flush down the Telkom toilet.
No this was the second time I tried out Afrihost uncapped. The first time was when they launched it. And was that a balls up of note! And a week of non working internet is enough for me to stay away for a while. Telkom is the same price, so I can't see why I shouldn't give it a go.
O yes, and just 2 weeks ago an Afrihost capped account that I had couldn't authorize and was down for an entire day. Apparently the problem effected a large portion of their users. Noooo thanks.
Yeah well - I'm so fed up with the poor MWeb backup service I just shelled out 100 bucks for pro-rata service from Axxess until the end of the month.
It's school holiday ffs - kids are at home and want to use the internet for various purposes - ps3, youtube, skype, browsing, facebook, etc

Why is it not possible to give us a reliable, if slow, service when SEACOM is out. My uncapped MWEB line is less than useless today. Speeds all over the place. Websites not opening. Downloads stopping. It's so erratic and unreliable it is useless. Why can't we just get a reliable connection of a certain slow speed until the backup is online (if/when that happens). 25 minutes remaining on a 2.5MB file...
Hi SabreWolfy
We are running on reduced back up capacity: http://www.mweb.co.za/helpcentre/NetworkStatusNotices.aspx
What downloads are you having speed issues with?
MWEB members in all areas will experience degraded internet browsing, email and other internet services due to a SEACOM link failure. Seacom has confirmed multiple undersea breaks off the coast of Egypt and Seacom are working on providing alternative bandwidth. Please note that shaping on non priority traffic will be in effect.
So international HTTP is non priority traffic?
