I know this is an odd question, but if I am on an uncapped account is the connection at the exchange different from a capped account? The reason I am asking I had an Mweb Tech phone me last night about my on going issues (which still remain unresolved!!!!), and I mentioned that my other accounts do not have the same problems. I was told this is because the connection at the exchange is different?? Surely this is a load of bull??

Im am trying to download DCS 1.2.4 update for the last 4 hours.
Its either an ingame update module, or direct download the full torrent.

On the ingame update i have managed 66mb in 4 hours.


My 4mb uncapped line is blistering away at 5kb/s
I am tired of this substandard service. Mweb just happens to be in the firing line right now, but in truth they are all the same (isp, for me at least)

Are you running the speedtest with no active traffic in the background? We need to downloads stopped, not paused when doing the test? Also, do you have the Telkom guest account details, I would like to see what the speedtest results are if you test with those details.

The reason to test with the Telkom guest details is to check if the line is fine or not.

You know what, they published the highest users that are like pulling TB p/m on uncapped accounts, I have never used more than 100gb. Why the hell in this day and age is it not possible for me to get my paid for speed when I want it?

Good news: (well tongue in cheek) If I am 'lucky' I may just be able to play this sim after the update is finished in 2 days, excluding the 6 and a bit hours I have already been trying to download this today.

Its a horrific 1.5-2Gb download, heaven forbid.
