I understand what your trying to say, but I no longer have packet loss if I'm logged into Webafrica, as soon as I log into MWEB it goes crazy! That is true, 3G in the area has been terribly slow as well lately! Could you find out if there are any issues in the area? The only other reason I am using Webafrica is that it runs via WACS and my LoL ping is now 190 instead of 250? I think the MWEB network is experiencing some sort of delay or overloading?.. This has never happened to me before! MWEB has always been the best, but in this situation not really...

I have logged another Telkom fault now, I hope that we are able to get the line issues resolved
 
Any update at all on the League of Legends lag?
And like many others, from the international performance I have been getting it seems like international is not working properly. Slow HTTP, non existant speeds on torrents, stream lag on twitch and Youtube, slow buffering on Youtube.

Edit: This lag makes Lol virtually unplayable... And I don't see anything happening to fix it even though it is happening everyday.

4 different speed test, 2 on the mybb servers one on the mweb server and they all have fine speeds

get to speedtest.net and bam, its like a tenth of the speed?

Was the speed test done with nothing running the background?
 
I still have erratic speeds, this was logged ages ago. All I get is calls from Mweb and Telkom (what's the sue of getting a call when I am sitting at work, and I get asked can I test the line) and still nothing gets resolved. Now its the exchange that's getting blamed for the speed, but how can this be if other accounts run at full speed 24/7? I think its time to phone cancellations.

The issue is not my hardware, but a issue on Mweb's network, until this is acknowledged, nothing will be resolved.

I'm really not happy now! I can't watch a youtube video at all without buffering for ages!.. This is on 240p! It has to be MWEB as this didnt happen on Webafrica..!! Please you have to do something, otherwise it is time to fill in forms and cancel.. Paying for something that is actually been completely useless for a week now!:mad:

I keep on doing tests, and the tests show the same things. When will this be resolved? last time I was phoned I was told its the exchange, then Telkom phones and they have no idea what they need to check?? This is getting beyond irritating.
