Hey MWeb Guy!
Not so much RE the feedback of the ADSL service, just a question RE the debit order collection...
My debit orders are collected from a specific account, separate from my "everyday" account. I logged in now to deposit my monthly moolas for debit orders and to pull a statement, but noticed that MWeb tried to collect funds from me on the 19th of September - which obviously bounced now - just find it funny that the debit ran 1.5 weeks earlier than it was meant to.
Anyhow, what to do now? Make a manual payment? I saw the banking details on the invoice - so I can do that. Just don't want to pay manually and then maybe there is another debit scheduled for tomorrow or whatever.
