SO sick and tired of hearing this..

Sometimes I wonder if there is even a guy or girl on the other end of the account of Mweb person, same thing over and over and over the whole time makes me think we are talking to a bot???

How can the speeds for so many users have dropped this last week but such a HUGE margian and all you can say mweb person that it gets lowest priority???

Then riddle me this: local MWEB server for bf3 and getting 400-800 ping???????

I had a look into your account and found that our technical specialists t has called you and closed your speed query.

You had multiple devices connected and had few downloads on pause.

After he asked you to disconnect all and completely stop the downloads your speeds increased and you understood what caused it.

So how do I complain to Telkom about the exchange problem? Can't even stream 240p on a 2mb line :(

P2P has been a lot better today for me. Not back to full speeds but a lot more like the experience have had the past few years with mweb.

Actually the speeds I normally get when I have full speeds are actually when I have 3 laptops, 2 phones and a tablet all connected and I used to get full speeds at the same time with all of them connected until the start of the week.

My downloads are on a schedule from midnight till 9 in the morning, he said the exact same thing to me as MWeb guy did, everything gets a low priority....

Also I NEVER ONCE said that my speed had increased at all in the conversation, so you can go and pull the recording and listen to it if you do not believe me.

Its almost 11 at night and my ftp refuses to connect, my torrents when i try are at like 30-50KB and newshost when i try is at 9-12KB (all at a different time, not all at once might I add) HTTP downloads like drivers have finally finished for the new nvidia drivers, they have taken 6 hours to download 130+-MB?

Guess there is nothing else I can do since I am having to pay till my 6 months is up, then I will have to reassess.

Till then hope things go back to the way that they normally were.
 
But other than the slow as hek speeds this last week, I am happy with mweb thus far, just wish i could not have to worry about stopping or really slow speeds.

The first week of my account, like was full speed the whole time.

Next it was start of this month till the start of this week, full line speed.

Maybe I am guessing that it is a thing with the amount of data used?
 
Getting 150KB on all types of downloads from yesterday and now it's weekend and still getting that speed on a 4meg line. Mweb guy please help

and unlike Saskue I am still getting those speeds

Never mind, reset the router and now downloading full speed

I got exactly the same experience. My household used to be able to play on 2*PS3's onlne+ laptop+pc(IDLE OR DOWNLOAD) and girl on FB via cell all at the same time with no complaints. Now only one PS3 battle to perform as before. MWEB ARE BSHIITING US.

On 4meg premium for ages, but unfortunately not for long anymore. I am shopping around for something better.

Pointless. Recently as I told you my account were "refreshed" after a long time struggling (more my kids complaining so I ignored it) it lasted a few days, then Seacom and since then nothing or no joy further.

I am also waiting for Telkom to check my line's then after that if my system are still the same ..bye bye Mweb.

I am also not happy with my line speed these days, are you guys still suffering from Seacom problems? I mean my ping on WoW used to be 180-210 at max now I sit with 240-300. International browsing is sluggish and downloading rarely goes more then 150kbps anytime of the day. It never used to be like this.

I don't mind shaped downloading, but something is up with browsing and gaming.
