MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 2

Hi

is there a problem with the web mail, I can log on, and as soon as I click on messages I get a blank screen. The basic version works, but you cannot even send an email with an attachment in the basic version (really poor). I have tired IE10, Chrome and Firefox, all have the same issue.

I'm also going to see if I can replicate it at our test bench.

I have just tested and I am able to to add and send attachments without any trouble.
 
Fantastic Mweb, your'e improving. Soon you will be able to compete with Telkom's dial-up bandwidth.

Not again! same as last night, everything down the creek, slow slow slow.

Afrihost account flying away at 390KB/s on HTTP download
Mweb stuck in reverse at 20KB/s on HTTP download (and it's a unshaped account!)

It has been two months of ups and down, fast and slows, Mweb can't seem to fix their network?

What has changed? never ever had this many problems with Mweb before...... :cry:

Tired of complaining! So be it.
If it's borked, it's borked.......

Mweb news server offline now, "unable to connect"

How has MWeb gone from best ISP in SA (Only my opinion) to THIS bottom of the barrel? Is it really always Seacom, EASSy cable
dropping the ball? Or maybe Telkom just has it in for them?

Myself will be moving to Afrihost end of month Double money back guarantee and 5day cancellation notice sounds better than
"Best effort service, Speeds aren't guaranteed and 30day cancellation notice so we can bleed you dry"
 
P2P was back to it's best the last few days but an hour ago it fell off a cliff. Completely dead now.

The same happened with International online gaming, it played well today and then suddenly bang! nothing enjoyable.

Clearly MWEB is trying to get out of the uncapped game. It's the only logical explanation I can think of.

Why, in my right mind would I stay with a service that does not work at all. I don't have an answer. The only thought I have is that cancellation is now guaranteed. Thanks for nothing.
 
Ye, same as last night, it's gone to shyte. Packet loss, slow speed, increased latency
