I'd be really curious if someone else gets better speeds when the stream is encapsulated, eg. www.getusvpn.com or www.getukvpn.com.

Got confirmation there was a slight dip in service in the Durban area yesterday. This has since been resolved and all should now be okay.

Still have a problem here in Durban.
Definitely seems to be the shaper from what I can tell.
 
Ye Int latency is utter crap at the moment ..... actually Int in general is utter crap. Something is very obviously wrong, how about fixing it.

My guess: the shaper is ****ed ;)

Their "engineers" is rather ****ed as I always claim (with reason). Their cyclic shaping system is an disaster, and the rest of their system not much better.

I like it. I kill three opponents and get no points then dies without even knowing who shot me. The lagging is sometimes in the minutes.

Listen dude, I'm sorry, but it's preeetty obvious everybody is moaning about international. Come on, how much more clarification do you need?
 
International almost dead since about 8PM and no new indication of this on the status page? Are staff too busy? I really want to believe in this service but I keep wondering how it is even possible businesses of this size can't grasp what needs to be in place. There is clearly still an utter lack of a contingency plan or even active service level monitoring.
 
Earlier this morning I phoned telkom to try and fix my ping issues and they reset my port.
Played two games of Dota and pings were great.
Tonite its gone back to how it was before.

Any idea what might be the problem?
 
Cancel and move on, it will never get fixed. I had an open issue for 3 months, did all the speedtests, tracerts, listened to numerous support people agreeing that my speed was an issue, but nothing happened. Switched ISP's and now download continuoulsy at the speed I pay for.

I understand he might have to deal with a lot of clients - I've also had to - but I've never told a customer "Thank you for the information" when they come to you with a problem xD

I really don't know whether I should laugh or cry that I actually pay for premium uncapped with them and get this.

I enjoy the low ping to the dota servers but might change to someone else.
