MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 2

It's intermittent, as these things are. I commented a couple weeks back about it, as I'd already noticed an issue.

I've spoken to Telkom, and they, as always, say things are peachy, and reset the port.

What I am curious about though, is the fact that my router is synching, but I struggle to connect further than that. Does this suggest anything useful?

Also, when in these situations, I struggle to connect, big time - Have to reset the router about 5/6 times before it connects to you guys.

Agh, probably the router, I'm just loathe to spend money on something I'm not certain is the issue...

Anyway, I'll have to find (another) one to test.

If I upgrade to the 2MB data only will it be pro rata as of today or some other day, or is it pro rata only on the first.

I am also getting these stupid drop outs, from I am also guessing the 1mb on 2mb issues and one of your chums had the audacity to say its my router that needs to be replaced ... Also just in case when is the last day I can put in a cancel subscription order for the current month?

Strangely enough I have the same question.

I Emailed sales literally just now posing the same question. Think my motives are different though - I am not going to have access to ADSL services for a little while so wondered how one would go about "freezing" an account... Cancel and re-apply when ADSL is available again...or?

I am going to miss the "The internet upgraded" while I am away... :cry:
