Please provide me with ping tests to any local & international website. From there I'll log it with Telkom to check if there is congestion on your exchange.

Could you also reset the router and test again as Telkom would want to know this.

Unable to FTP files to local Hetzner server. Line shaped to hell. :( :( :( :( - Monday morning 11:00am

No joy with any international server either.

Mweb uncapped = Don't use it for work.

Hi plugger123

FTP does get one of the higher priorities on our network, send me your MWEB details so that I can investigate.

Hey MWEB Guy, do you think MWEB will drop the current asking price on their 2MB uncapped account? Maybe bring it closer to the Openweb pricing?

I'm currently on a 1MB uncapped package with MWEB.

I'm loving MWEB but I'd love MWEB even more if the 2MB was more inline with other service providers.

Hi Gboss

I'm not sure if and when we'll be dropping prices again.
If we do though, I assure you we will notify all our clients. ;)

Good Morning Shuyin, torrents speeds are not guaranteed. I would suggest that you look at the limits you've set within your download manager.

Your usage for yesterday and this morning seems fine though...

Hi Mweb Guy

We have been struggling for the past 2 months with our Internet, and it's starting to get a bit ridiculous now. I know the fault probably lies with Telkom, but if you can assist us with sorting this matter out for once and for all we would greatly appreciate it.

Every time we use our Landline phone to recieve or make a call, our router disconnects. You can imagine how frustrating this can become. Two faults were reported to Telkom and both of them, according to Telkom, has been resolved. We have seen an improvement in our speed/streaming since yesterday, but the disconnecting issue still persists.
