Same here - my latency increased around 17:00 to the 550ms mark and downloads and uploads are very slow. Phoned the call centre and all seems to be fine - Telkom also did a port reset to no avail.

Will PM you my details to check - thanks.
 
Saw the posts above and quickly checked - same performance issues for me. I don't know if my inability to connect to the Mweb news server is related, but I've PM'd you my details Mweb Guy.

Still struggling with international:

Latency: 208 ms

Local is fine, only international that has been an issue since the week-end. After MWeb Guy did a reset it briefly worked for Sunday, but since Monday this is the best I get internationally.
 
Mine seems fine, although in the day a bit slow (shaped), but speeds up towards the afternoon as usual, so no complaints
 
I have 4Mbps uncapped (not the new accounts) and this month we've had intermittent issues with Skype. For at least the past week, we've had skype intermittently disconnecting and reconnecting - it just goes grey and flashes online for a split second then grey again. It does this on random machines on our LAN and lasts about a minute or so at a time.

The other issue we have is we are consistently unable to use RDP - whenever we attempt to remote into one of our cloud servers, it sees the server, begins the connection then throws us out and says it can't connect. This is new and it does that on all our servers.

I'm ready to jump ship.
 
Hi

For the past few days I've been experiencing between 2 and 5% packet loss. Tracert appears normal, but gaming is very laggy. My line has also been dropping every now and then for about 1min at a time.
 
MWEB Guy, just to give you a headsup. I laid a complaint with ICASA against Telkom yesterday. I used the Telkom reference number of the line fault you guys logged with Telkom on my behalf. I dunno if they will be in contact with you, just thought I'd let you know in case.

Hi Soulcode

It was logged against Telkom so I think they will make contact with Telkom. I will update your open fault with your feedback and our team who liaises with Telkom can update them.
 
Hi Mweb Guy! My International seems to be down at the moment. International access has been intermittent for the entire month. :(
