300KB/s on a 4Mb line. Called about it yesterday, told I'd be called back by 13:30 today. No call came, so I phoned in, explained my story, told that I would be getting a call from a Daniel, within 15 minutes. 20 min later, nothing. Called back asked for Daniel, waited 10 min, only to be told that he has now gone to "Training" and that he will get another tech. I told the consultant that this is not acceptable, and I want to speak to someone who can assist me now.. so I've been kept waiting for another 10 min...

Any issues cause my normal http download from any website and youtube streaming is extremely slow today. Tried rebooting router and so on but still same issue?

Hi nelis, nothing major going on at the moment that matches your description, as per our notice board. Your router is connecting at 4096/512Kbps which is max sync speed for your up to 4Mbps line (not managed by MWEB).

Please disable your routers WiFi, disconnect all cable devices except a single corded computer, and ensure all background apps using the 'net are properly closed, and then test.

Ill let you know tonight. ive only just got home from hospital. So will see during the raid.

But its also sometimes gmail is slow, google searches are slow, but all other browsing at the time is fine. Its limited to google related things.

Total loss of internet connectivity since just after 22:00 last night. Router sync but no internet.

i have tested your line and the readings are good, try resetting your router and setting it back up again

Sorry i could not update, i was having some bad effects after my surgery. Will check this tonight.

But the fact Darryn is having the same "type" of issue regarding google services. id love to hear the outcome of his escalation if possible. As it effects me aswell.

also noticed Google services seems slow on Mweb Uncapped Premium switched to a Crystal Web Test Acc and Google Services Gmail etc and Youtube seems much faster loading..

Also im constantly being connected/disconnected from battle.net

This goes on for most the time im online. Sadly even turning off system messages does not stop it and it really messes up whispers doing that every 30 seconds.

So my issues are:

Wow slow after 22:00 (Unthrottled)
Google services being shocking at times.
Battle.net disconnects all the time.

I Know we throw alot of sh*t on your plate in a fairly angry manner and you are there just relaying the message. So sorry if i or anyone comes across as angry, i think i speak for most people when i say its towards the service/company and not you as a person.

Afternoon, we have no reported network issues at the moment.

Are you completing the trace routes via CMD?

Looking at your usage statistics for today, it looks good.

What exactly are you experiencing a problem with at the moment?
