So, if someone uses more than half of available bandwidth, you call him an abuser? Because you throttled me without any warning (I have received your letter of abuse exactly the week after you started throttling me) just as I crossed half of theoretically-practically possible amount of data that I could download. Not even half! my total usage was about 125GB, and that includes both upload and download, while if I would be downloading at full speed 24/7 the whole month, I could pull 250GB only on downoads. What is the exact definition of abuser in the eyes of MWEB? Please answer to this Mweb Guy?
Another quick question: if I send my cancellation form today, and wait 30 days notice period, will mweb only bill me for 7 days in January, or will I have to pay for the whole month (January)?
Good day F1ve_Claw
There are no reported issues regarding international.
Are you still having issue at the moment?
Good day Kenny
All we ask is that our customers abide by our AUP. Our AUP has always been in place and what we noticed was that customers were bypassing our shaping policy, etc. That is not abiding by our AUP.
We require a calendar months notice period as per our T&C's. For example, if you submit cancellation this month, the account will be terminated end of December.
Cancel your MWEB account and move to a better ISP.

I am with axxes's special and so far I am happy just downloaded 2gig torent. I am not 100% happy with the speed but when we want to do something we do it no problem. Have used 70 gig so far this month.Fudzy says they're all the same ...
Hi MWebGuy
I am experiencing issues with my uncapped 4Mbit service at on of my factories.. Certain websites are unreachable.
This is going on for sometime now.
Here is a clear example right now:
I will send you my ADSL phone number and account details.
Many thanks
Well that would make him a blatant liar.
Telkom I get over 320gb on a 2mb.

Fudzy's a MWEB fanboy and therefore whatever he said about other ISPs must be taken with a bucket of salt. I'm happy to say that what he said is false.
Openweb (My new home) never throttle its users. They shape them during business hours. That's it. On weekends they leave us alone to do whatever we like with their network, unlike MWEB. I have downloaded more than 150gb worth of stuff in last 20 days and now my account is not throttled at all![]()
So what's MWEB's game-plan? They are protecting their network and to 97%+ users. How come other ISPs don't have these problems?
I'm not understanding why one of the largest players in the market is enforcing their AUP so much more aggressively than other (smaller?) ISPs.

If constructive criticism is considered fanboyism then what you guys are doing is considered emotionally immature trolling.
Still wouldn't you say he's been out of the game long enough after 14 years? Are you still doing what you did 14 years ago?
Hahaha!I don't know what to say in response to this now. See you later in the evening.
