MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

last month i did about 150gigs no problem, which was my highest since jan13. Everything else this year been between 50-100gigs. which was all on 1 meg acc. This month on my "upgraded" package did 12gigs odd on 1st and 2nd together,boom, throttled. Like whats going on? :erm:

If it's a 30 day rolling window there's your answer.
 
So I have to live like this for the rest of the month? if so will def we taking my business elsewhere..

Same post or same question there is no difference, unless of course its iterated by Fudzy™. I'll just shelve the Fudzy tapes with the mweb tapes ;)

What's your max speed at the moment being throttled?

You repeated the same post over 5 times, it was getting tired. I'm at least looking at it from a constructive angle.

very interesting -- but well since mweb wont release official documentation on this, best we can do is document everything ourselves....


but yes. why they limited you on day 2 of a 30day rolling window..... really WTF.... (unless the 30day window started last month already.)

can you maybe post your daily usage (or total for the last 30 days). - that should allow us to calculate the magical number which have eludes us poor souls.

also which 1meg acc are you on? Premium or throttled.?

rough calculations
(9GB max a day vesus the 12Gb(48 hours) they hit you on at about 5GB/day - could be even lower) -strangely that is still 150GB a month...so what gives lol.

Mweb uncapped was nice a year ago but that is a long forgotten memory now.

Of course they won't tell you, that would mean they have to provide a minimum level of service and when they can't any longer they would have to upgrade their network. This way they don't have to upgrade the network, they just throttle more and more.
