Yes, depending on how you manage your usage will determine if the speed limiting is lifted or not.

Usage can be viewed via My Account. Please be advised it's a 30 day rolling window.

Throttling is done over a 30 day rolling window and unfortunately the thresholds is not going to be provided any time soon.

What a sad state of Mweb affairs! It's a joke really! Speak with your wallet, just move along!
 
It's up again, but I've been getting these massive intermittent lag spikes and DC's the whole weekend. It only lasts for 1 to 3 minutes at a time, but is highly disruptive.
 
mweb must be busying shooting from the hip again; throttler 2.0.

Mweb guy you can't just tell me 1 to 2 days it should be lifted when its actually not going to lift anytime soon, that's not accurate information or feedback. I'm paying for a service and I'm throttled to nothing and you saying that the throttling may or may not be lifted. That's a nice guarantee on things!! Thanks a lot! Do you guys really want me to leave?? Your support is atrocious and has really gone down, why are things so so bad!

They are battling as the top 3% remains their top 3% the cannot calculate or fathom that simple concept. They do not seem to know how to get rid of that pesky top 3%. Dang :eek::eek: they must be so stupid!

As mentioned to you on your FB profile, you on the 2MB Standard package. You mentioned you are a gamer, the Standard package was not designed for this. It is for the basic user who browse & email.
