Hi mweb merry xmas. Im having problems... ever since 12 pm I just lost all internet completely I phone t3ch support for both mweb and telkom and they both said my line and accounts are just doint fine on their end.. can you check it out for me? Thanks
I have checked and your account looks fine our side.
I have however, reauthed your account.
Allow 30 minutes then restart your router and test.
