Good morning

I have tested the news server and I am able t make use of it with no trouble.

I received the delivery yesterday. No range extender in die box? What do I do from here? Mweb will want it back from me someday.

We are experiencing a crazy amount of requests and have run into a shortage of range extenders. But don't worry will deliver your range extender to your door within the coming weeks.

My range extender is still not working. After receiving a call from a Mweb techie yesterday and trying for about 30 minutes he gave up.

That's strange, I will follow up with our specialists immediately

Dear Mweb, I did not read any of the emails you sent me after I stopped using your service on the 9th of January. I am pretty sure they all said the same thing, that I am over my cap on uncapped, but I don't care cause I have real uncapped now. Thanks for deleting my mailbox too, you were the only ones spamming it.

OK thanks. The FON network not working. Unable to obtain ip.

Yes trying to connect my phone on @mweb FON

You will not be able to connect to the fon signal sent out by your own router.

You will be able to connect to the normal WiFi signal (home network).

I get that I need to connect to my home network. But how does anyone else connect to it? I was testing to see if I could connect and what I will be prompted.

If someone else trys to connect to the fon signal your router is sending out or you connecting to a different fon signal then it will ask for you MWEB details.

All that needs to be one is to sign in with your MWEB email address and password.

Ok so back to the original problem. The FON network on my router does not give out an ip.

Hi Tornalca

What makes you say this and what will the IP be needed for?

All you need to do is search find & connect.
