Not at all , just restarted and showed Warm reset in the event log. I edited my previous post.

Also could you check on what version of firmware you are?

There is definitely something wrong here... I can barely load any pages.. including local such as this site took quite awhile just to load.. ontop of that continuously dcing.. due to some unknown problem for quite some which not telkom or Mweb can help with this mysterious problem >.> its getting quite frustrating.. usually when im not dcing the net is running great but today since this morning slow as hell.... lagging in Hearthstone didnt think that was possible but it seems its possible with mweb... also theres nothing about this on network status... so I really have no clue wtf to do here... seems like im the only one after buying 2 new modems having a telkom technician here probably over 10 times in the past 3 months im pretty sure its not a problem on my side

I received a email about my complaint saying the matter is being looked at and I would receive a update during the course of the day, this was the 5th of February at 10:18am and have yet to have any form of update.

Have been having some trouble regarding stability with online local games. Dota 2 and CS:GO been getting 40% network choke and 8% packet loss for some reason...this also fluctuates a lot.

Lol.. if you expect anyone to help you with that, perhaps you should mention:
1) If you've tried any other ISP accounts and whether they give similar packet loss. You can try the telkom guest account or an afrihost free 1gb account if you "don't have any other ISP"
2) Which CS:GO or Dota2 servers you were playing on - ideally providing the IP addresses and ports+protocols if you can
3) Which days / what times of the day you experience the problem
4) If you connecting to your router wirelessly or over LAN
5) What your router's sync stats are at the moment?
6) What area you're in, and, ideally what exchange you're connected to - there may be known congestion problems in your area
7) Paste some pings/traceroutes/graphs to prove the issue

Thanks for all the information.

We don't have any reported issues in the area. Are you only having issues while gaming? How is your general browsing experience?
 
Hmm my mweb fon router cant dial up any other account expect mweb :/

was working this morning , now it refuses says its bad username or password!!

Hi hereticangel

I checked your account and it shows you are connected with correct details. Is it still giving you the UID/Password issue?
 
My internet is so choppy. Running speed tests starts off at full then rapidly falls to .16 mbps before just stopping in the middle of the test. 2mb uncapped mweb.
