Plenty of people on here have complained about Diablo 3 issues, so surely there's a issue. Have you techs been monitoring my connection as discussed in a previous post? Cause last night it was completely unplayable again. Thanks to Afrihost/Axxess I could play Diablo 3 again.

You (@Mwebguy) will seriously have to start escalating this or you will be losing plenty of customers.

All that I can recommend the others on here who are having issues with Diablo 3 is, sign up for the 1Gb free Afrhost account or Trial the 3Gb Axxess account. I have used them everytime my game became unplayable and have not had any issues. Several of my friends have had the same issues and using the Afrihost or Axxess accounts fixed their problems as well.

Afternoon guys, apologies for the post yesterday evening.

I have sent a follow up to our gaming team, as I advise paparazzi a day or two ago. (pertaining to Diablo 3)

It was fine for the morning but about half an hour ago problems start again.

We connect to the american servers on both Hearthstone / LoL ( I know pings are higher on these servers, but I havn't had issues like this for years. A few months ago I did briefly with mweb but problem was gone in a couple of days)

Edit: Sorry I meant a couple of days, not months.

This sounds very similar to my Minecraft problem. It is unplayably slow when I get home at 6pm. Then at about 9pm it starts working again.
 
I just got home about 30 mins ago and D3 is unplayable for me atm. I have pings all over the place. Changing my username in my router has not helped this time. After battling for 15 minutes I changed to my free 1Gb Afrihost account and it now works perfectly. This really needs to be sorted out as it us making using my Mweb Premium Uncapped account completely pointless...

I have escalated this to our games master and I will provide feedback as soon as I receive any
 
Hi Mweb guy....

with this fon router i am not very impressed... If i compare it to my old router it is pretty crappy.... the wireless is slow, i had to go down from 1GB ports to 100mb ports which is really screwing up my streaming at home... Can i just go back to my old router or how does this work... i am really not happy with this one..

I am sorry to hear you feel that way.

If you are not happy with this device and want to use your old router then by all means you can setup the other router .

I guess the router is fine for people that does only internet surfing and stuff like that... If they just used 1GB ports on the router i would make a huge difference I think, don't know what the other guys think... Another question, i have not downloaded in a long time. I take it that the rules are still the same, download at night ?

It does not really matter when you download, as long as you stay under the threshold in the 30 day rolling window then you will not be throttled
 
Just some feedback MWEB GUY.

I changed the routers out, huge performance difference, browsing much faster.

One more Question, why is the APPLE site so slow, I have an APPLE TV, if I try and watch A trailer it takes for ever to cache, I have also noticed that on my macbooks the updates also takes for ever... Any reason for this ?

Hi TmanSA

Is it only the Apple site that is slow? How is everything else on your side?
 
I check youtube and streaming is fine, all the other sites are normal... Just have problem with Apple.. I mean I should not have a problem on a 4MB Prem account..
 
Tonight I had to make use of my vpn service again. I had 175ms in town, the moment I go into a party of say 4 in a rift, spikes to 1182+ ms. I then put vpn on and not one red connection afterwards with stable 212 or so latency.

Dont think this is to do with your connection. I have had the same issues on my Apple TV, the trailers app streams only in HD (7209/1080p) as far as I know and the player only starts playing once it has downloaded/buffered quite a lot of the trailer.

You can google it if you want, there's plenty of people with the same issues :)

Just an fyi, our gaming team are testing a few tweaks they've made through the course of this week.

They will provide more feedback soon.
