I wouldn't recommend using MWEB uncapped right now if you plan on gaming. There has been complaints about bad gaming performance here as well as on the facebook page. I am unable to log into Minecraft at peek hours (6-7pm) during the week (which is the only time i really have to play.)

I can not switch to a capped account (like most are doing as a temp solution) because I have other users on my lan.

I am phoning customer support tomorrow, which will most likely just be more waste of my time.

PS: MWEB Guy, do you or anyone here perhaps know of someone who could help me with getting an open-wrt/gargoyle setup to work with RASPPPoE? I have tried asking on their respective forums, but without luck.
 
Yep, can't play League again. Ping too high. Gaming does seem slow.
 
Im cancelling at the moment, which is the best deal out there? No response from mweb guy the whole day, yet he was online the forums.

We are not having any issue that we aware of. You can run a speedtest via speedtest.net and send me the results.
 
International is exceedingly slow, takes forever to load a page or image. Gaming too. Local seems fine. Been trying to take trace routes but they just pause for long periods.

Correction: Local is NOT alright. I tried to play CS:GO on a local (Mweb) server and had a ping in the 400s. Also struggling to load mybroadband.co.za

Hi, just did more testing. I had 1582ms at the rift boss with a 4 party, as soon as they all teleported back to town it went quickly back to 173ms, I want answers mweb or Im gone.

Iv already emailed cancellations, this is the exact same thing i experience.
