MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

I have noticed that all traffic going over the 'level 3' network in Europe seems drop across all ISP's. My Telkom, MWEB and MTN accounts are all affected at the exact same time. Specifically to sipgate and PSN. I think this problem is on the other side of the pond. Not here...

Evening Hummercellc, is this affecting all PSN traffic?
 
Yes. PS3 has problems logging in on Afrihost (MTN), Telkom and MWEB accounts. So this is not a MWEB problem. And everything that does not hop over 'level 3' works fine.....

I think most of the internet in South Africa is problematic as I was running sort of fine last night then suddenly got packet loss. After about 10-20min it went away and was running smoothly.
 
So this has been 2 weeks now. Gamemaster unable to solve my issue regarding connection to Call of duty Advanced warfare. WTF MWEB are you really treating customers this way. I'm paying my ass off and you just don't care. I'm telling you that mweb used to be good but now they not. The whole day no one responded to my question and no call from mweb whatsoever so I take this as mweb doesn't want me as a customer. Please be advice if I can't connect by 20;00 and it stays that way I'm going to be testing other accounts and make my move right away.

Hi, I have a question about the shaping policy. First, let me say that I understand why it exists, and I can live with it (even though it frustrates me at times). I have, however, noticed some odd occurrences which I assume are shaping related: I play Elder Scrolls Online and have noticed that I cannot login to the game while shaping is occurring. I've learnt by now that I need to check if torrents are moving at all before even trying to login: no torrents = no login. Strangely, I am able to watch YouTube video clips with no problem, or do any browsing I want while this shaping is going on - but I cannot login to a game. Is this intended behaviour, or is this particular game using some network port or something that is usually associated with P2P?

First, there are no error messages.....the login attempt just times out, and the message either says exactly that or "there was an error" I could provide a screenshot, but it wouldn't tell you anything that I've not already told you.

As for the other info.. what specifically are you looking for? I don't know any technical details - I click the icon to launch the game, enter my details and press login :) As for what is happening "under the hood" when I do this, I have no idea.
