MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

Hi Mweb,

My ADSL line still hasn't been changed back to its original configuration. Is there any chance that this will be fixed before Christmas, or will I have to live with this defect until next year?

Its a nice router i have used it but now keep it as backup but its nice

Lol oky man its a good router i havent had any problems what else you want to know

Anyone have a MWEB fon router? Is it a good router? Considering the deal for free router and 6month contract.

Hi DeathStrike, please PM me your contact details and I'll get Sales to call you to chat about your options.

What's the difference between uncapped, uncapped premium, and small business uncapped? What are the usage thresholds on these packages?

Hi, the standard uncapped is for the more casual internet users and the premium accounts are the ones with the higher threshold.

The thresholds depends on the account you choose.

Nice to see the price of the 1GB capped account from Mweb increase from R159 a month to R179--great stuff. Same data, more extortionate pricing. Have a ****ing good year Mweb

Hi Pansyfaust, please refer to my responses to your tweets.

The calendar now says 2016, and the big question is if 2016 will be the year where Mweb will care to assist their customers with problems they're having with Mweb's services or if 2016 will be the year where I look for a new ISP.

Morning new_in_za2, we are always here to assist.

Is there anything I can do for you?

Do you mainly use facebook and emails only, and don't do any gaming or downloads? If so the answer is easy, mweb is good for you. If you do a lot of downloads and heavy gaming, go somewhere else. That is my experience
