MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 3

There was an email issue earlier on which has been resolved.

Please check now and let me know.
 
Since about 10pm my mweb account has stopped working. At first it was connecting but no throughput and now it won't even authenticate. Hope this is resolved by tomorrow morning.

worked since i tested again this morning, few friends of mine also on mweb, all dropped at the same time, some could auth but had no traffic, vox/afri was working fine during the time.

Hi

The thresholds are still the same, nothing as has changed.
Remember that usage is calculated over a 30day rolling window and only data downloaded counts towards your threshold.

Are you going to increase it based on the wholesale price reduction?
 
Thinking about leaving Mweb soon.

Who do you guys recommend for uncapped then? 4mb/s here. Download here and there, do some online gaming and stream

Is the broadband light red or off? (on the router)

I think it means that it could not connect using the PPPoE settings. (be it due to incorrect details, logon server down, line fault, etc.)

Restart the modem, if still not working try entering the PPPoE details again (though assuming you saved them and they were working last time?).
Could be Mweb's logon server is down.
