Hi, today my ping while playing League of Legends is +- 340ms, while it is normally around 250ms, this makes a big difference while playing.

Do you know what is wrong?

Thanks

Hi Pooky,

I have checked your account on my side and cannot see any issues there.
I have since reauthed your account for you, please power down the router for a few minutes then retry the connection again.

There also no reported issue's that would have an impact on your connection at this time.

Good morning Guys, Shuyin is your experience today the same as it was yesterday?

MWEB guy when disconnect and reconnect its better for a short while the speed starts to drop till its almost a complete stop.

So yes its still not right ^^

*Star wars old republic downloads at 30kbs then after retest 300kbs for a while.

*Youtube is random slow then fast

*http seems average

*p2p is dead

Good MOrning Shuyin, please let me know how your network is configured. As I can see concurrent connections on our system during the course of yesterday, connecting with different IP's. This can affect your experience, also you have moved almost 40gig on the 10th and 11th February. The amount of data moved is not bad for a 4meg account.

I am still having this problem :(

The downloading and browsing seems fine...

Good MOrning Kyubi_Brat, I have changed a setting on your account. Please reboot your router for 5min and let me know if your experience has improved.

Good morning dasco144, has your experience improved or are you still having trouble with ingame pings?

Good Morning Prophet, which traffic is being affected Or are you referring to downloads specifically?

seems to be http/int

The tracer doesnt look that bad. It is my understanding that all your other traffic is fine and you only have a problem with international download speeds?

That's the really confusing part. To be sure it's not getright I redid with mirc.com

However while testing local vs int. I got full speed, got no speed and then again back to magical 40K/s. I wonder if it's exchange related *shrugs*, going to reboot router and hope for best.

This was full, nothing and back to 40K/s

Lol. Turns out my lag issues are from my bro "not hammering" the line. Damn noob doesn't know about limiting uploads on torrents...

Please keep me informed.

Curious as that what speeds you get from http://testmy.net/. All other speed tests I ran was perfect except them which still shows 10-30KB/s. This is weird because now mirc and miscrosoft's mft link are fine, but for example cute ftp is totally buggered.

Seems to be limited to certain sites and protocol? This gives me 15-16KB/s

your speeds will also be impacted by the speed the files are shared at.

I would like to see your speed for http://testmy.net/dl-1MB

Not sure how that explains the cuteftp client download from the website's speeds or the packetloss I have clearly demonstrated by pathping, but ok.

:edit
or why this is still giving ****ty speeds
http://debian.inode.at/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-cd/debian-6.0.4-amd64-CD-1.iso

Clearly something somewhere is ****ed. I do not hope it's the shaper thats gone ape****.

Prophet, you have advised that there is nothing wrong with any other traffic only your international speeds. The microsoft data you are fetching will be impacted by the fact that we do not have an akamai node and therefore have to fetch the data internationally. Also please be aware that file sharing sites are shaped and speeds will be impacted by the speed at which the file is shared.
