I am still having issues with streams, lagging on 240p now
 
Net is barely functioning. Browsing very slow,cant stream,cant get onto D3, cant log onto steam and HTTP downloads are dead.

Hah, I thought I recognized the nick - last month we were in the exact same boat. Eventually my connection got so slow I couldnt browse here, and two weeks of Telkom telling me the line is fine, ISPs telling me the accounts are fine... and bam it started working again. Fast for the last week and a bit of May, fast for the first week of June. Then suddenly the last few days its been getting slower. Now it's maxing at about 15k/s for http files over 200k, large files mostly under 5k.

I'm pretty sure there's some strange connection between these 1mb issues.

I have pretty much exactly the same speedtest numbers, but in reality the numbers are way lower on normal servers. I'd link the image, but it keeps telling me its 0.png :/ 51k down, 43k up. My up speed is always max, but down... oh lawd.

Mine has been fine for a while now. Hope yours has too.
 
Yup, at about 4am it started to behave itself. Clearly the same crappy boat ;/
 
Yup, spoke too soon - an hour and a bit of almost normal speed; now it's back to being stupidly slow. From what I can see it seems to be insane shaping taking place, every 12 seconds I get a burst to 50k for two seconds odd, then its back to 10-15k/s for 10 seconds. Just using 'fetch' on my router itself, from my server so that I can watch it from both sides.

Mine is still fine. Watching 3 MLG streams at once.
 
Interesting, watching the MLG live stream for SC2 - I get 105k/s; VoD however is the normal crapspeed ;/

We are not experiencing any trouble in your area.

I have reauthed your account, allow 30 minutes then restart your router and test.
