I see my skype problems are back again - one night it works the next night it doesnt. What are you up to Mweb!!

Same here gregmcc, its getting ridiculous! Lets band together and fight this evil together!

Ahem. I've tried restarting router and everything but nothing works. Probably will start working at 1am+, but this isn't what I pay for.
 
3:30am and hello international lag ....... becoming so that I can't game every night like I used to.
 
Hi mweb. I'm getting slow speeds, both internationally and locally with lots of CRC RX errors. Is there any problems your side? I have noticed that the errors do increase when it rains, so it could be that, and if it is what can I do about it?

Can you do a trace route and ping test to a local and international site and send the results to me. Also please send me your MWEB details

My account has been really slow lately, and I see that my router stats have degraded by quite a bit. My SNR decreased from 29 to 19 and my Attenuation increased from 45 to 60.

Does this in all likelihood point towards a fault in my Telkom line, rather than an Mweb issue?

I am on 384 Uncapped.

Well, after quite a long while as a happy MWEB 4meg uncapped user, I just received my first warning from [email protected] because apparently my account shows "repeated instances of prolonged download sessions at line, or near line speeds", which is untrue because my account is subject to the same shaping as everyone else. Like right now, for instance, it's averaging 640kbps. What gives, MWEB?

My usage over the last year in MB:
November, 2011 309836.03
