Can someone please explain to me why with a 4 meg uncapped account from Mweb even 480p youtube videos stutter. Its been going on forever but I'm really getting gatvol now. Stuck at a point in Skyrim and its taking me 10 min to watch a 3 min video showing me the solution. Hopefully by the time I'm finished posting this the video would have loaded.

Strange at 5pm on the dot my connections came right. Mweb not having shaping issues again?

Latency perfect, Skype stopped spinning and web browsing back to normal.

Mweb guy

I really hoped that the problem was sorted out but it seems it is not, 3rd night in a row know, comes 5pm ping back to over 150 ms download speeds down to less then 1.5 Mbps and upload speeds 0.72. what the hell is going on... I have webinars is have to do and for the last 3 nights i can't and I am running out of time... can you please see if you can find out what is wrong?

^^ As above, getting 202 ping and download of 1MB on a 4MB line in Centurion (Hennopspark)

Hi guys,

As a last measure could you also please include a trace route to the site in question.

Hi Rouxenator,

Thank you for the information, this shouldn't be happening. Will investigate and provide feedback soonest.

Kind regards,
MWEB Guy

I downloaded these files successfully with a Vodacom 3G connect - but I could not download them using MWEB or our IS connection at work.

Why is that? Please explain.

Hi Rouxenator,

Thank you for the added information, I am following up on this from our side.

Thanks, both files seem to have missing bits from about 45% to 55%.
When I download them with a download manager that supports section downloads it is only those bits that it fails to get.
