Good MOrning fbman, please note that we are having some trouble with the beta version of message centre at the moment. Please try using mc2.mweb.co.za
 
Hi Mweb Guy,

I signed up for an Uncapped account on Friday, but had problems uploading my ID and Telkom bill. Now I can't find the page where I can upload them again! I did send a ticket for this on Friday, but was wondering if you could help me out?

Hi MWEB Guy

I'm getting consistently slow connection speeds, with connections timing out at regular intervals. For example, I've been downloading a 3.5MB PDF (http://codahale.com/codeconf-2011-04-09-metrics-metrics-everywhere.pdf) for the last 20 minutes, it keeps dying (such that I have to stop and restart the download) and it's still not even half done.

Anything I can do to get this improved?

i can download at full speed but not browse any page. Had to switch to my cellphone to write this. Whats wrong? Can you reset my session pls.

Hi Mweb guy

Can you follow up with ur technical people around the call they logged with telkom, around the telkom node, I have not received any feedback from them, and I am sitting with 340 ms ping again... makes working a living hell...

Mweb guy can we try resetting the seeion please, just so that I can get some work done..
 
Seems the link to DDO is funky again Mweb Guy ..... spoke to a few people and it's only me and another dude from Durban experiencing higher latency. It's roughly 65-95 higher than usual :/

(Local and other International is fine)


If it helps - 90% of the time this happens, it's between 1am and 4am and it happens about 4-5 times a week on average.

Good morning Mephisto_Helix, when your gaming between 1am and 4am are you doing any downloads?
