Without doubt MWEB is so far my best experience with any company in SA. Yeah there are issues sometimes but how often? Hardly ever and they let me do what I want to and how I want to.
 
the problem is my pings are fine but my speed is not. indicates something else is wrong. So giving you tracert won't tell you anything. This is **

Nelis as you stated earlier, you are having downloads and browsing trouble. In order for us to do a full investigation we are going to need more information. I have noted your speed test results but i need to get those trace routes.

Dude pleae check my post i did provide it. but i can't stream videos etc etc. this is bs as Telkom did recreated my PORT. I called seacom South Africa just to find out what the problem is and they will get back to me.

As stated earlier my traceroutes wont show that there is something wrong but my international is very slow. FFS please fix it or i will find another ISP today. We as clients must stand up to this BS

Thank you, I have seen it. The traces looks fine to me however, I will escalate this to the business department and arrange for them to make contact.

I swear if they send telkom to my house I will tell that guy to just tell mweb to send out tech. Mweb guy can you get a MWEB Tech to check at my premises please

I am having ping issues while playing League of Legends. In some games my ping is around 240.. and other games it jumps to over 300. Is this normal? it was only like this during this week. It hasn't happen previously.

Anyone else experience this?

Yeah I am experiencing the same over here. EVERYTHING is limited to 1mb. Youtube, browsing, streaming, downloading. All limited to 1mb and it is not my line.
