Im in Moreletapark, my router is syncing.
I can ping 8.8.8.8, but any website loads EXTREMELY slow.
So I phoned Telkom, and spent like an hour trying to troubleshoot the problem. They tell me everything on thier end is fine, so I call MWEB. It took like 5 minutes for them to tell me theres a problem... with telkom.
So, I have two questions:
1) Are these symtoms experienced by other people in Moreletapark?
2) How the hell does MWEB know about the problem, but telkom does not?

Please note that the outage is on our outage notice board. We receive the confirmation of the outages from Telkom.
Telkom ADSL services in the Moreleta Park ( 012 - 997 ) area will be Inaccessible due to a DSLAM - Network Fault problem.
