Personally I don't think that Mweb is to concerned about the downloading, but rather people jumping on the streaming bandwagon. This has a double blow on their business as they hog the Mweb network and take potential DSTV or streaming business away from the NASPERS group. I think we will see more restrictions and comments from Mweb and DSTV in the coming months.
