MXQ 4k Ultra hd android box

Hi All.

I bought a MXQ 4k Ultra HD. Want to load DSTV now app but the playstore not picking in up. Any suggestions?
 
I have installed it and got this message:
Unsupported device, you are using a rooted device...
 
Unroot your device... Some MyGica boxes also come pre-rooted (as far as I know) & some apps won't run unless unrooted, luckily MyGica has an unroot patch.

That was exactly the same problem with my R-Box.

It's not a root problem. Mine was rooted out of the box, after unrooting it, it still didn't work.

Must be the chipset.

That's also a possibility, but until the OP tries the unroot (if it is rooted), he won't know for sure. When my MyGica box arrives later today, I hope everything works out of the box, especially Netflix...
 
Box is rooted, trying to figure out how to unroot it. Any links will be appreciated
 
App store not supported
Apk - Hide Rooting Failed. If you must allow root permission request window, Please click.
 
The app store notification said the app is not supported for the device. I then downloaded apk file and then after opening it gave me this message:
Hide Rooting Failed. If you must allow root permission request window, Please click.
 
There's 2 models of this 4K Ultra and the more expensive 4K Pro.

Only the Pro supports DSTV Now.

It's built into the chipset. No work around afaik
