So a while ago I first started the INSANITY (link) workout program and did it for about a week; I then went to Cape Town on holiday and when I can back I was just too lazy. 
I am now starting again and I AM going to do the full 60 days (I stated today; 18 June 2012).
If you don't mind I will be posting my progress in this thread to help keep me motivated, and let you know how effective the program is.
I am around 1.87m tall and pretty skinny (around 72kg). I haven't been doing exercise for quite some time and so what I'm hoping to gain out of this is to get cardio-fit, as well as hopefully build some lean muscles, so I actually look good and athletic. (I used to have a 6pack showing, but I have noticed that it isn't showing any more which I hate.)
