Jeez man that is absolutely horrific situation to be in. Can't a positive identification be made by a distinctive birth mark or scar from surgery or something.Fellow Forumites, I thank you ....
last night, in true Celtic Fashion we raised a few good glasses over at Tom's Cabin,
This fine morning to gather my thoughts I walked 10km down to the beach and then back through the desert to town...
It helped a ton..... My afternoon at home was going well, I regained my strength after shouting at Stennie out there in the desert....
Then the call came down the line thirty minutes ago.....The police need me to go down to the mortuary tomorrow morning to ID the body...... this is a problem for me..... a real problem..... nobody else in the town that knew him wanted to do it..... a gunshot to the head..... I really, really do not know how I am going to get this done.....
My anger for Stennie has returned and I am now bitter with him for having placed his friends in such a situation.....
I just had to air this somewhere..... it might help me sleep tonight..... can see myself getting blitzed out of my skull before ten tomorrow morning.....![]()

Hopefully he will be able to do it, not that I would wish that upon anybody but being a doctor he has the training to fall back on.We love in the sticks, things are still done the primitive way...
However, The English HO has contacted our local Doctor Doppies, who will accompany me, I guess in a way I am hoping that he will do the ID, seeing as he too knew Stennie....
