Yes John I understand that however it is meant to be unshaped after hours.
Seems they have fixed the issue for me on my side.

All I can say about this account especially now that it is sorted... Its FANTASTIC.
The after hours support is great and they really have gone out their way.

Super impressed so far. If I had known about this I would have ditched Telkom and Afrihost ages ago.
