Screaming in ecstasy seems to be what floats her boat.

The problem is that I have 2 tenants on the same property and the other tenant is complaining about the noise, especially late at night.

I have to do something about it but seriously, who wants to ask a tenant to turn down her expressive sexual delight? Personally I think it is quite sexy.

Tell her that the other tennant is fapping to her screams,and that his sticky juice is clogging your pipes,so if she could kindly turn the volume down that would be nice...

I've told someone before. She was screaming in their second bedroom. Woke us up late at night. Direct neighbour.

I walked out and shouted quite loudly, then less than a metre from the open window, "put a sock in it, others are sleeping and do not want to listen to porn audio".

Don't feel embarrased, simply tell them that though it is great that they have an active physical relationship, sharing it with everyone else it not great.
 
My neighbour above us use to fap on his chair at night and this drove my wife nuts, so one Saturday night she was fed up and took my tin my 3-in-1 oil, knocked loudly on the neighbours door and told him to quiet down his chair.

We have not had any problems since then
 
I stayed in a flat a few years ago. The guy was living in the flat above mine was a Nigerian pimp. Every night he used to "test drive" his workers and being of the line of work they're in, they needed to be convincing that they're enjoying it.

I stayed there for 3 months and thought fsck this, I can only w@nk so much in a day. I then moved out
 
My housemate was also a screamer. Note WAS. Sorted that s#!t out with her the next morning. No need for me to feel uncomfortable in my own house.

Ok, so do you wanna get rid of the screaming in ecstasy or the guy doing the moaning about it ?
