Weren't we doing well in the beginning until the bumped us up to the a higher leaque level and we might have got pawn'ed, but we sure made them fight for every ticket.

Yeah I still have a misty memory of having a lot of fun, kk it's gone,nightmares are back....
 
Umm thinking we should chat to Rambo and see if we can set up a clan match.

Give the new guys a taste and it would give them a better idea of what to expect.

Nah, we started of very badly, got raped in almost every match.
It was only towards the end of the league that we started doing better, think we drew 2 and won the last one....... I think.
 
OK looking into this cross comm's of rooms in TS.

The function used is called whisper, where you can setup certain keys linked to variuos ppl.
The down fall is it's push to talk, now I can't play like that, as I don't have any spare fingers to push the talk button.

another note, I see Dogaming has gone mumble instead of ts, sooo here is a idea and I think some did mention it earlier.

We have the sqauds in there squad rooms.
The squad leaders can do one of 2 things, open another room using mumble or evan give origin;'s voip a try.
The 2 squad leaders will have the ability to comms, without inteference from there squad chats.

Irrespective of what we use, you will need to learn to use push-to-talk as a squad commander otherwise you are going to have a mess on comms. You can go with voice activated on squad and push on command but then your squad needs to be aware 100% when you are addressing them that you use the term like squad do this or squad that otherwise they will be confused as hell.

Been through this in Eve with 500+ people, next to squad play, voice comms is a vital and critical component.

Hopefully tonight I can join you guys, its been impossible for me to play this whole week :(
 
got my rig up and running, BF3 is up after a couple of issues with it. Finally got to play for about an hour, man do i suck at the moment. My k/d ratio is really crap. hopefully it will get better.
 
The whiskey festival/tasting is on tonight...so probably wont join tonight - if I do later on, expect to have a drunk soldier on your hands (apologies for TKs in advance) :D

Guys, I'm looking at what the costs for a clan server is. Maybe will get one for us.
 
So my rig is running nicely now. Also got mt logitech extreme ed pro joystick working, just wish there was a way to practice the flying. Loving the game so much.
